1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 777hs. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature or service provided by 777hs, you expressly acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions without modification or reservation. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

The 777hs Platform provides online gaming and entertainment services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer gaming, and related services (collectively, "Services"). All Services are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines posted on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To access certain Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Each User is permitted only one (1) account on the 777hs Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify 777hs of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 777hs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from any unauthorized access to your account, whether or not such access was with your knowledge or consent.

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate and up to date. You are required to notify 777hs promptly of any changes to your personal information, including changes to your email address, phone number, or payment details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing transactions or verification of your identity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

777hs accepts deposits through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and other methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or other currencies as specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. You agree that all funds deposited into your 777hs account are your own funds and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures, including but not limited to identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. 777hs reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of all verification requirements. The Platform processes withdrawals within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours after verification is complete, though actual receipt of funds may depend on the payment provider's processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Restrictions

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the Platform. 777hs reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple installments and to set monthly or weekly withdrawal limits. All withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with bonus terms, wagering requirements, and anti-fraud measures. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once before requesting a withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games provided on the 777hs Platform are governed by specific rules and regulations, which are available within each game's information section. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by all applicable game rules. The Platform uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random game outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with game software, algorithms, or systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Decisions made by 777hs regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, and disputes are final and binding. In the event of any technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes or bet settlements, 777hs reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stake amounts. The Platform is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

777hs offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Bonus terms are displayed with each promotional offer and must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be used for commercial purposes or arbitrage. 777hs reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected. Only one bonus per Player, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple accounts created to claim additional bonuses constitute bonus abuse and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777hs Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing any other person to use your account;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity;
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or play games;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform or its software;
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment sources, or third-party accounts;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activities;
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or game software;
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or 777hs staff;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the 777hs Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of 777hs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of 777hs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777hs and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform or Services.

777hs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Platform and participation in gaming activities.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

777hs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or failure to provide requested verification documents. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Platform.

If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, all funds in your account, including deposits and winnings, may be forfeited. If your account is closed at your request or for reasons not involving breach of Terms, 777hs will process the return of your remaining balance subject to completion of all verification procedures and deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the 777hs Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and 777hs customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against 777hs. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses associated with any dispute resolution proceeding, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator or applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

777hs reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

By continuing to use the 777hs Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and 777hs regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written, between you and 777hs.
